International Concepts halter top sparkles with a yoke embelished with clear crystals, bronze round beads and copper seed beads. The hem is gathered with elastic into a blouson or bubble hem...very flattering...hides a lot. The neckline is gathered with a small keyhole opening in front that show a bit of cleavage and a covered button on back. The fabric is flowy and stretchy. This top looks great with black jeans. It can be dressed up with black slacks or dressed down with jeans. Accessorize with your favorite copper earrings and bracelet! Just drycleaned.
