myin2828 hi, where did you find this? i found out the hard way today when i need to upgrade my shipping label. i thought after 5 lb, an additional $1.99/lb will needed to be added.. but no... and i went through their guid line, their faq and nothing was listed about the additional fee.. only found out when i do my upgrade on my phone..
