A cute lil dress from Hot Topic that could serve as a nice base piece for goth/lolita look. Washed a couple times but never worn. Wrinkles come out easily with a good steam. The white buttons are in the shape of hearts. There are black ribbons that button to the sides of the dress that you can pull to the back or front to tie into a bow.
