Vintage mid-1970s - 1940s-Style Button Front Tailored Blouse with Shoulder Pads, color Red/Black Polka Dot, size Small. This blouse was part of a 40s-theme trend that existed in the 1970s. Features include a button front with tailored (seamed) sides, a decorative chest pocket and significant shoulder pads. The brand is "New Nine" which I believe was an early Nine West variant. Made in California. Size is Small - Dimensions are Width 18", Length 27" so this also fits medium sizes. Excellent Condition - No obvious signs of wear and shoulder pads appear crisp.
