Hope & Ivy green velvet whimsigoth 90s inspired dress

I’m obsessed with this dress. It is too small for me which seems to be a theme these days, but my loss can be your gain. Featuring flowy sheer sleeves with velvet overlay and black velvet tie on the back and sleeves. It is just gorgeous. Looks like it could have jumped out of practical magic or river dance in the best way possible! Zip back with decorate velvet tie at the top Green lining on bodice of dress, flares out to a-line Sheer green with decorative floral velvet embellishments all over I couldn’t find a pic of someone that it fits, so the first pic is me trying it on- will probably be a little longer on you when it actually fits!
