rothphoebe2007 Hi! I’m wondering if the waist measurement is 10.5 inches across? I have this same skirt in size xs in another color and the waist across is 13 in. I am considering purchasing this skirt but I’m wondering about the waist measurement.

bjlangley @rothphoebe2007 Hello! I measured straight across with the item laying flat. Doubling the measurement (21 inches) gives you a rough idea of what the best waist measurement is usually, but because the waist is elastic, that rule kinda goes out the window lol. However, I still like to provide as much info as I can! My waist is 25 inches and it fits me well (not too tight, not too loose).
