Hinge size 1/1X navy blue utility jacket with pockets

Great jacket lots of pockets. Deep navy blue color. Velcro sleeve closures. Measurements are approximate 22+, nearly 23” inches pit to pit and 27” inches shoulder to hem , slightly longer in back 29” inches. Snaps work great. Pictures with zipper showing is the farthest up it goes, so there is an issue with a full zip up, full disclosure. Price reflects the condition of this items zipper issue.
