lisa0526 Ok, the waist measures 14" not stretched and 20" stretched. The length is 41 from top to bottom, and the in seam is 26.5. I can't seem to find the material tag, but they feel like cotton and linen if that helps. they are brand new in packaging. They're nice pants. I'm keeping a pair for myself. Hope that helps.
