High waisted professional or going out skirt!

Size 5, never worn, paper tag is off because I wanted to wash it (hand wash with woolite!) but still has the plastic tag thingy. I got bigger and have to admit to myself I’m never going to fit into this thing. It’s in pretty much perfect condition. It’s black-black with a mild glimmer to it. 13 inches across at the waist (high waist style) , 16 inches across at the hips which is more stretchy by design than the waist but not a big amount for very larger bootys, and is 21 in. in length. So ciute!
