Never done Yoga a day in my life...but this hoodie is soft, thin, bright (looks great with a tan) and is perfect with leggings. No flaws but i do have the hood laces tied in a loop so they don't come out and i like the hood close to my neck. But you can untie it. I also have a green one in the closet.
