This is a size small coated raincoat from Herschel Supply CO’s Forecast collection. From their website: “The Forecast Collection of rainwear essentials utilize a coated waterproof stretch fabric with welded critical seams for maximum protection.” This coat is barely worn, and has one slight mark inside the lapel, and a mark by one pocket.
