Design: Originally designed by artist Françoise de la Perrière (often credited alongside Marie-Françoise Héron for certain iterations) in 1966, "Mors et Filets" translates to "Bits and Snaffles". It is a quintessential equestrian design showcasing intricate horse bridles, heavy metallic bits, curb chains, and leather straps arranged in a beautiful, symmetrical geometric layout. Construction: Formed from two triangular pieces sewn together at the points, it drapes beautifully over the shoulders, whether open or tied.
