judysmalley @1beeinahive Hi. The scarf belonged to my mom. The smudge looks like it may have been a touch of lotion. (Just a guess) Otherwise perfect. There are no pulls. Thanks for asking.

tiffany_lv_barn You can use a white zoet soap to handwash the scarf with ice cold water and hang dry it. The smudge needs to be addressed right away to avoid a future hole. It's developing. Btw, great scarf.
