Size medium measures about 8.5" to 9" insole depending how far you can slide your foot in... according the internet " An insole measuring 8.5 inches corresponds to a US women's size 5... and 9-inch insole corresponds to a US women's size 6 or a US youth size 4.5 " That tracks ... my niece is a size 6.5 and kept the large to wear with socks !!
