kimmiedee @crystierenee this is an a-line cut, so it flares at the bottom. Smallest part at the bust is 21” across, but it’s a Jersey material, so it’s stretchy. I’m a 38DD and I’ve got plenty of room in it. This fits more like an Agnes & Dora swing tunic 😉 let me know if you have any other questions!
