NWOT, never worn. From a smoke and pet free home. This is a custom dress so I’ll list my measurements below - I’m a true size XS though so this dress would fit anyone who is XS. I’m selling this because I realistically don’t wear dresses like this at all. This retailed for $160 USD when I bought it.
