The Harper Chiffon Maxi Skirt can be worn year round! This flowing chiffon maxi skirt in Ivory or taupe features a Multi Colored Elastic waistband. Finished with a slit up the side. Slit from bottom hem. 100% Polyester Bought for an event and worn once. Mild discoloration on the bottom back (as seen in pics) that I have not tried to remove.
