Material is in good shape, has its fair share of stains because....it's white....and for a child that fits in a 3T 🙃 I tried stain treating a few but maybe your stain treating is better?! Aside from the fact that there are some stains, there are no holes/tears. Material isn't as white as when new and the material is softer than when new. Zipper works great. From a smoke-free pet-friendly home.
