Approx: 10" from handle to handle x 9" from side to side x 6" from base to top of lid x 3 1/2" from base to rim, weighing 4 Pounds & 9 ounce.
A Bit of History:
The Hall's Rose White #658 Bean Pot/Casserole was produced starting in 1945 and was discontinued at some point after that, with some sources indicating production in the 1940s and other referencing items from the 1950s, It is part of the Hall's Superior Quality Kitchenware line and features pink roses and hand-painted pink flowers with silver trim.
The Hall China Company used its pioneering, non-porous, and craze-proof single-fire ceramic process to create its wares. This included kitchenware like the Rose White casserole, which is described variously as being made of high-quality "ceramic" or "heavy stoneware".
The terms "ceramic" and "stoneware" both apply, referring to the durable fired clay material that Hall was known for.
