glcarlson @tripaws sorry for the delay my mom was in the hospital and I stayed till she was released. Measuring flat from under armpit it is 18" no stretching. There is a little give and has elastic band across back top. Hope that helps.

tarajw82 @glcarlson I saw a dress very similar to this one at a clothing store a month ago for only $2.99 more than what I offered, and I didn't have to pay shipping. I figured you would probably counter offer a higher price as well. I didn't mean to be rude or offensive. I'm fairly new to Poshmark and still learning.
