H&M DIVIDED Floral Peter Pan Collar Fit and Flare Dress Sz 4

H&M dress with beautiful print and collar. Looks more expensive than H&M to me, has a vintage feel. Lace/ crochet collar and cuffs. 92% polyester 8% elastane. I did not find this to be stretchy and found it to run small. See fit on mannequin and reference measurements. Bought second hand, I wore it once. No flaws that I can see. My mannequin's measurements are: Shoulder 15", Bust 32.3, Waist 25.2, Hip 34.3. I don't pin anything on the mannequin. Approximate size XS or 0-2.
