Hermès Equateur silk twill large 140cm scarf/shawl dip dyed purple. The design depicts a variety of animals in a jungle scene. Designed by Robert Dallet & first issued in 1988 as part of the "Around The World" series. It has been reissued several times as it remains a well-sought-after design. This is a one-of-a-kind dip dye/over dye done in 2017 at the Hermès pop-up store in NYC, where you brought your Hermès scarf to have dyed & given a new life. There are many colors in the print, browns, burnt orange, olive, etc. Different sections of the scarf were photographed to show the colors and the mannequin was styled in a variety of ways to show the versatility of this size. Used, in good condition. *Care label removed. Made in France 100% Silk Hand-rolled & hand-stitched top facing hem. Care: Dry Clean or Hand Wash Size: 140cm Measurements: 53"x53"
