ilonap19 @davekyle hi so sorry for the late response! I’ve been super busy working. Please forgive me. If interested, I can throw in a free matching stretchy bracelet (possibly a hello kitty one if I can find one) for the inconvenience. The waist unstretched is about 14.5 inches and stretched is about 17 inches. The outer sheer covering is about 16.5 inches in length and the sequin inner skirt is about 15.5 inches in length.
