HARDLY WORN navy and white floral dress (skater)

NO STAINS OR RIPS I'm a size 14 or 16 and it still fits perfectly. Even for a teenager who is a small size it would fit :) This is sort of skater style it's a small from 77 kids which is now ruum but it's a bit on the short size
