It features a cute, thick, satin ribbon style waist band and creamy red velvet. The closure consists of 2 glassy red buttons and zipper. Length hits at about mid calf and has beautiful twirl to it! It's timelessly elegant, especially for holiday parties. Party, Christmas, new years, special occasion, kawaii, coquette waist: 12.5in length: 32in size tag has unfortunately been cut out. It fits best as an extra small. Waist has no stretch, so please refer to measurements for best fit.
