j_evenson Question: I have a similar guess parka jacket that I prefer over the one you are showing. The hood of my jacket was lost this past Friday. Does the hood on your jacket actually remove and button on? That would determine if I want to purchase it to replace the hood on my guess parka that I've had for several years. Thank you!

kairelk @j_evenson I’ll have to double check that once I get home. I know the fur is removable but have a feeling the hood itself is attached to the jacket.

kairelk @2017sarahjay hi! I think it depends how cold of a winter we are talking about. I know I used it for fall and winter until I purchased a thicker one. It def needs a warmer sweater under :) Just for the record I live in the DMV area, Virginia.
