dreamgap1 @pinkymd I am so sorry. We cannot get the watch battery switched without taking a chance of damaging the watch so I can’t confirm for you, i apologize.

pinkymd You would have to take a new battery to a jeweler to get the back of the watch off & replace a battery. Were You trying to do it Yourself? If so, Yes, You would ruin the back of the watch without the right tools.

pinkymd Can You snap Me a picture of the back of the watch please? You didn’t attempt to remove it right? And the band is in nice condition right? My jeweler charges $15 for a brand new battery installed. It is working now You said right? Thx again! 😊
