Brand new. never worn. The waist is very stretchy but the pants have no stretch. The waist stretches from 10 to 16 in. It is just a tiny bit snug on me and I wear a size 10. please see the pictures. please ask questions. This is great for a fun Christmas costume or a cute race costume.
