behindthecloth @babydoll1979 Hello! Sorry i wasn't able to respond right away. So, i've never owned a really great sports bra, so i don't have expertise in this. But, it does give pretty decent support. Better than the regular sports bra i have that i think i had bought from Target. I expected this to be more for fashion, but i was surprised and personally think it's pretty functional too. It feels a bit more like swimwear though. I hope that helps some!

behindthecloth @redheadlaura Oops! Thank you for catching that..i didn't realize i did that. It was ordered as a medium and the packaging says medium as well. Since that can be arbitrary: it measures almost 14" across the bust, so about 25"-28" all the way around, and it's stretchy. I hope that helps! Let my know if you have more questions or need better clarification.

behindthecloth @redheadlaura If it helps, i'm a 34D and this size fits very snug but comfortably..the padding, which is a little cupped, is a small for me but i personally didn't feel like it made a big difference and still find it comfy to wear.
