Is this dress super short?

@jadenmarolt hi! thank you for taking a look at my closet. the dress is 25" from shoulder to hem. i am only 5' 4", and it barely touches the end of my fingertips. i would say it is more of a tunic than a dress. my plan for it was to wear leggings or really thick tights and boots. but...i gained a bit of weight 🫣 please let me know if you have any other questions. thanks again!
