Gothic red low-cut sheer inset skater dress size L

For reference I'm a US size 12/XL, my measurements are 40-33-44, I am 5'3 and wear bra size 36D. by poof apparel size L I love this dress but it's just a little too small on me, it's a bit too tight through my shoulders and upper arms (for reference my upper arms measure 13 in around) long sleeve red fit and flare skater style dress with a very low cut neckline that has a shear insert and a low cut back. unsure if sleeves are supposed to be 3/4 length or are just short. measurements taken with the garments laid flat, 17 in from underarm to underarm, 13 in from side seam to side seam at waist, 29 in long from shoulder to bottom hem, sleeves measure 18 in from shoulder seams to cuff. dress is stretchy and designed to just pull down over your head. tried on but never worn, tag still attached Smoke-free home, however I do have three cats and try as I might cat hair does get everywhere, please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.
