Gorgeous brand new Candie's sparkling silver skirt

Stunning silver and black threaded skirt. Never been worn with tags still attached. Size Xsmall. Comes with a little bag of the thread as shown in picture. The skirt is about 15 1/2" long. The waist is about 27". About 4 1/2 inches down is another seam that falls at the hips that is about 34". From there down it gets flowy. Offers considered!
