Gorgeous Royal Blue Prom Dress

This dress is so unique and has a bejeweled tight mini dress underneath the front slit! Size 4 (in my opinion, more like 4/6) worn twice! Could use steam pressing and dry cleaning & the price reflects this. Minimal signs of wear. Shoes not included, but I can add the Jessica Simpson jeweled blue silk shoes (size 7.5 but fits a 7) for an additional $40 - minor scuffing to bottom of heel and toe area. They match perfectly & got complimented on them many times! Please ask any questions!
