Girl’s Velvet & Lace Tiered Dress

Girl’s black velvet dress has a 3-tiered skirt. The 1st & 3rd tier are of black velvet; the second tier is made of champagne & gold metallic lace that overlays the 3rd tier (see pics 4&5). The gold lace also overlays the velvet cap sleeves. Above the first tier is a white satin sash that encircles the entire hip area & ends with a lovely satin bow on the left hip. So pretty for the holidays & in excellent condition! Sz 5.
