This large 1960s round glass platter features a Georges Briard design of a stylized flowers and leaves--Marvelous mid century modern design so typical of a Briard piece. From Wikipedia: “Georges Briard (1917-2005) was a noted, award winning designer in the 50s, 60s, and 70s. He is most well-known for his signature dishware and glassware - everything from cups and plates to gold plated serving dishes.
