Garfinckel's was a prominent department store chain based in Washington, D.C. that catered to a clientele of wealthy consumers from 1905-1990. •Brown real fur. Mink? Unable to verify. •Women’s size Large •One button closure at neck; optional one hook closure, a little lower for better coverage from Winter air •(2) front pockets •Fully lined. Monogrammed with the original owner’s name. • There is a slit on the front of the coat where an optional belt was to go through. Slit not noticeable when worn without the optional belt. Belt NOT included as belt is no longer available. MEASUREMENTS: •chest ~21” flat (~42” around pit-to-pit) •length ~29” top of shoulder down to bottom of hemline.
