GUC Mersea Tulum Dress with optional sash

Good used condition, it just needs to be steamed. Only wore a few times to several different events. I would wear it with the sash tied around my waist. The neckline can be scoopneck or worn off the shoulders. Dramatic puff sleeves. Pockets at side seams. The sash has a couple of areas where the thread is slightly pulled out at the seam (see pic), but that can be easily trimmed off. 39” long. Tomato, red/coral color.
