GS 18/0 Stainless Steel Small Fork- Dessert Fork???

GS 18/0 Stainless Steel Small Fork- Dessert Fork??? I believe this is considered to be a dessert fork, but I'm not of fancy folk stock, so I don't know for sure. :) This measures approximately 6.75" long and 7/8" wide. Unused, but this has been moved around quite a bit. From a smoke-free, fragrance-free home with a precocious feline.
