GAP Striped Cap-Sleeved Tee Size L

This top is perfect for the 4th of July - red and white stripes with blue trim on the collar and sleeves! I love it but it doesn’t fit me anymore. Very small cap sleeves. There’s a bit of loose thread under one arm and on the hem (see pictures). Otherwise in excellent used condition! Length (shoulder to hem): about 23.25” Armpit to armpit: about 18” From a smoke-free and cat-friendly home!
