Like new condition. 8” from back of neck to the tail. 14” at the chest and you can adjust it because of the Velcro closure. The Velcro has stretch to it as well.

nakanababy Hi thank you for getting back to me. I am so sorry that I haven't gotten back to you . I forgot about it. That is so cute but, it is too small. My Poppy is 18" around the chest. She is a larger size that most Chihuahuas
