Fun twirly circle skirt

Super cute and flowy, paired with some high boots a black or white shirt, with a black blazer to enhance things, a cute scarf and some small or medium hoop earrings white gold or silver.... I can think all day and come up with many cute outfits out of this skirt. High quality and really if it didn't fall off my hips now I would keep it!
