Frozen Anna princess dress Halloween/ dress up/princess party

Every girl needs a party dress collection and this one should be added to it. No tag for size. Please see measurements and pics. Looks to be a size 6, would be my guess. see last two pictures, somebody mended a small spot in the front that may have that must have torn, looks to be stitched well.
