Free people frilled/ruffled skirt.

Free people. Navy blue ruffled skirt with white and brown embroidery details. Size xs, it the wide band is really stretchy could definitely fit s and m as well. Only worn a handful of times. No flaws or defects. Really like the skirt, I just don’t have the right body type for it.
