@kimberlyjoyce24 hi, I posted a pic. I think it’s actually designed like that because there’s two button holes for the back straps depending on how you tight you want the straps but to me, they could use a thicker string. This is the thread that it came with and it’s like that on both sides which makes me think it’s intentional
