iceredesigner @tex_1973 It ties in 3 places; behind the neck, across the back up high lake a bathing suit and then in lower back area. The lower back part can be sinched up real small. I measured from pit to pit, laid out flat is 16 1/2 inches. From the top of the breast to the bottom, longest hem is 32 inches. When I untie the lower back so it's not cinched, and it's flattened out, (where the waist area is) is about 21 inches. Hope that helps!
