jolziem @saramaslyn Hi, yes, booties are real genuine leather, there are sign on the bottom of shoes showing that top and inside is real leather. Also I added one more picture to compare with shoes size 8. I would say size is real, toe is narrow but it is longer too. I would say it's medium wide too. Sorry I can't fit my foot - too big...
