@happymotherof11 no worries at all. The size 2 is 14.5” across and the size 6 is 16” across. They are not elastic. They have a zipper on the side at the top. Free People is one of my favorite brands but is honestly all over the place with how they run so it’s good to get measurements. A lot of their styles run big but In this case, I really don’t think they run big. I hope that helps, this is a lovely skirt! 😍
