mandyjac1 @indianhills Francis and Benedict skirts are zippered with a hook/clasp at the waist. You can use a large safety pin to adjust the size tighter, but you can’t get looser. There are waist measurements on the Francis and Benedict website.

mandyjac1 This has been listed for a long time. Are you willing to entertain a lower price, or are you firm? I am interested, but I am a size small and would need to put in a ton of sewing work to make it my size. So full price is too much for me.
