Francesca’s Alya maxi halter neck dress, embellished bodice w/beads &embroidery

Alya halter dress, ties around the neck. Elastic on waist and in the back, on top. Bugle beads, small beads and embroidery add decoration to front. All beads in tact. There is lining in the top and half way down the long skirt. 42” measurement is from the waist down. Brand new! No damage or missing beads.
