Found! Lauren Conrad high waisted skirt

I'm looking for this skirt for someone else. It was sold at Kohls and apparently ran small? It's high waisted and has a button detail on the front and is a wine color. I believe I bought her a 16 as a gift and it was too small, so I am looking for a larger size and would prefer measurements if you have one.
